We will show you how a tin can become a work of art!Markus Bothner, CEO

Elastic inks in offset quality ensure that your tinplate box can be better processed without damaging the ink. The tins can be printed with scale colours and special colours inside and outside.

The  seal with varnish offers additional protection against abrasion and scratches. You can choose between a matt and a  glossy finish. Especially great effects can be achieved with the so-called spot coating.

Embossings have a particularly high-quality and noble effect. They give the tins an additional dimension through depressions and elevations. This creates 2D and 3D effects.

When satining, we treat the surface of your candy or jewellery box with sandblasting and thus create a matt-gloss effect.

Rubber Finish

Rubber finish

A rubber coating gives your metal packaging a soft, velvety surface with the Rubber Finish. This extraordinary effect gives tins a great look and a particularly pleasant and non-slip feel.

Crackle Finish

Crackle finish

This technique is used above all in the nostalgia tin: a special varnish is applied to the tin after it has dried and provides a matt, slightly cracked and  antique look.

Closure techniques

We have the right closure for every requirement of everyday life: for example, swing closures for your coffee tin or bread tin, hinged closures for cases, zippers for CD tin and DVD tin and much more...

To ensure that your products are perfectly protected in the tin, we offer a range of different trays, such as foam cushions for watches and deep-drawing elements for sweets and confectionery tins. Combinations of paper and plastic can also be made individually for you on request.

Embossing foils

Creative and diverse surface designs can also be achieved with stamping foils. A sheer endless range of  designs can be realised here - specifically matched to your corporate design.

Table lacquer

Back to the cretaceous period! The table lacquer makes it possible. Through the finishing with table lacquer the product does not only get a nostalgic and playful touch, it also offers the possibility to change the individuality again and again. If buttons were still in the tin today, it could be herbs or paperclips tomorrow. The table function is used in times of the tray again :)
